Group Classes

What is a typical class like?

  • A class lasts 1 hour, with a maximum of 12 people and coached by a certified coach.
  • Classes start with a dynamic warm-up to properly prepare you for training.
  • Then a second part focused on technical improvement on one or more movements and/or force work.
  • The third part will be the WOD (Workout Of the Day) which is a series of exercises adapted to your level that constitutes your daily program. At the end we have a cool-down.

What are the benefits of your classes?

The health benefits are many. The cardio-training part helps to fight cardiovascular diseases. As for the postures, they help to fight against back problems. Our classes will significantly improve the physical fitness of those who practice it.

I already practice a sport, what can your classes do for me?

Our method will increase strength and fitness. This allows athletes to reach their full athletic potential and thus significantly increase your performance.

Is your training effective for weight loss?

Our classes are an ideal workout for people who want to lose weight over time because it increases your metabolism. It is a cardio sport that will allow you to strengthen your whole body and tone up.

Do I have to be in good shape to do your classes?

No! Not at all. There is a misperception on Cross Training that this training style is reserved for high performance athletes. The truth: Cross Training is for everyone who loveschallenges. The coach is present to adapt the training according to the physical abilities of each person and its execution is done at your own pace. If you take charge of your life today and follow our program regularly with motivation, it is very likely that you will get the best fitness of your life. Our community includes competitive athletes, former professional athletes who work, people who have never set foot in a gym before, and people with injuries and ailments of all kinds. It’s the best way to get in shape and progress is quickly noticed. You just have to devote yourself to the program and follow the advice of the coaches.

Are your workouts safe?

The risk of injury is no higher than any other sport. In addition, the risk of injury is greatly reduced when you set goals that are appropriate for your situation by taking the weights appropriate for your technical level and fitness level.
All courses are led by a coach and limited to 12 people in order to ensure a good supervision and a safe environment. Our coaches spend a lot of time teaching you the proper techniques for each movement, so it is important to follow their recommendations and question them if necessary.

I haven't worked out in a long time? Can I still do the workout?

Of course! Are classes are for ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.

I am currently injured, should I avoid training?

A pre-existing injury does not mean that you should avoid Training. It is imperative to inform the coach of your condition before starting the course. Variety is a key component of our workouts that allows you to stay active while avoiding aggravating an injury. Our coaches will be happy to modify a workout and adapt it to your needs so that you can continue on your path to better fitness.

What is the difference between your classes and "classic" fitness?

Sessions are limited to 12 people to ensure high quality coaching and follow-up. A qualified and certified coach supervises each session, adapts the exercises to everyone’s abilities, corrects movements and ensures the physical integrity of each athlete.

WHY DON'T WE OFFER DEDICATED COURSES FOR COMPETITORS?

Real competitors train more than once a week. Our regular training sessions offer more qualified options and increased volume to push your limits according to your individual goals. Don’t forget that consistency is key! Train hard, stay focused and let’s reach your goals together.

What to expect on a trial session

You will be requested on your trial day to come 30 minutes before the beginning of your class.⁠

It’s the opportunity for us to get to know you and your objectives and offer you a tour to get to know your future gym, our training methods, our different memberships, and how to use the application for your bookings. ⁠

We limited the number of trials per class to a maximum of two people so we can take good care of you and of all our members.⁠

What should I bring with me?

Opt for workout clothes that are both comfortable and breathable, accompanied by a sports bra that offers excellent support. Avoid running shoes: opt for flat shoes instead. Although not mandatory, a towel and a water bottle are highly recommended for an optimal session.

Do you have showers?

Yes we have a shower available.

What does "Open gym" mean?

An Open Gym session is a designated space for members during which you can work on your weaknesses outside of classes, whether it’s technical aspects or strength training.

We also offer ebooks and personalized programming to guide you in your training.

A coach will be present on-site and will be happy to answer your questions. However, please note that this session is not a class.

On the other hand, it is possible to book a private session with one of our coaches.
