INGREDIENTS (For 4 fajitas)
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 red pepper + 1 green
- 2 onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 teaspoon coriander
- 20 cl thick cream
- 20 cl of salsa sauce
- 4 whole wheat flour fajitas
- 2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil (first cold pressed)
- 1 teaspoon of cumin, cayenne pepper and powdered turmeric
- 1 lime
- 1 avocado
- 1 bowl of iceberg salad
RECIPE
- Finely chop the chicken breasts, squeeze the lime and crush the garlic.
- .In a dish, put the chicken, drizzle with lemon juice, then sprinkle with chili, cumin, turmeric and pepper.
- Cut the peppers into strips, and slice the onions.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan, put the onions and peppers
- Add the chicken pieces and brown them
- Cut pieces of avocado
- Heat a few seconds on each side of the fajitas.
- Place the meat, vegetables on the fajitas on a plate
