INGREDIENTS (For 4 fajitas)

 

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 red pepper + 1 green
  • 2 onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 teaspoon coriander
  • 20 cl thick cream
  • 20 cl of salsa sauce
  • 4 whole wheat flour fajitas
  • 2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil (first cold pressed)
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin, cayenne pepper and powdered turmeric
  • 1 lime
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 bowl of iceberg salad

 

RECIPE

  1. Finely chop the chicken breasts, squeeze the lime and crush the garlic.
  2. .In a dish, put the chicken, drizzle with lemon juice, then sprinkle with chili, cumin, turmeric and pepper.
  3. Cut the peppers into strips, and slice the onions.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a pan, put the onions and peppers
  5. Add the chicken pieces and brown them
  6. Cut pieces of avocado
  7. Heat a few seconds on each side of the fajitas.
  8. Place the meat, vegetables on the fajitas on a plate
