immediately followed by…
Dynamic Jumping Bulgarian Split Squats x 12 reps @ 10X0
Rest 90 seconds between legs.

Part B

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
40 Double-Unders
20 Push Press (43/30kg)
20 Front Squats (43/30kg)
