Here are some top tips to help you drink more water throughout the day!👇
1️⃣ Leave a glass of water by your bed and drink it as soon as you wake up. -
2️⃣ Have a drink bottle on your desk, so you can always see it.
3️⃣ Every time you go get a coffee, have a glass of water first.
4️⃣ If you don’t like water, add some fruit into it or just eat a lot of high water content fruit and veg, such as watermelon 🍉
5️⃣ Even set a reminder to help you.
