- 1 slab of salmon or smoked salmon or mix of both (300 g)
- 4 tablespoons cottage cheese
- Chive
- Parsley
- Menth
- A little onion
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Recipe
- Cut the salmon into thin slices (like carpaccio) or cubes
- Peel and finely chop the onion
- Chipping the herbs
- In a bowl mix lemon juice, cottage cheese, herbs and onions
- Mix the salmon with the sauce and let stand 15 minutes
