Crossfit All Elements - Be a force of nature - Recovery

Hey!

I find you today not with a recipe but with a post to motivate you to be physically active in these complicated times.

This is a post that is not sponsored.

I just wanted to share my good plan with you.

Valérie Escandon

I’m not going to teach you anything by telling you that sport and movement is the basis of our physical AND mental well-being.

We feel so much better after a good workout, don’t we?

But even though it’s complicated right now, we agree.

For me, it’s not possible not to do sports during the whole period of our lockdown.

A little lazy on the edges (I admit it) I turned to my Training, Training All Elements, which offers a multitude of options for training from a distance, but not that.

A lot of new slots have been created to give people who want to train in the box (or rather outside the box :-)) the opportunity to do so. Hats off to the whole team! 🙂

But personally, training outside is not for me.

So, as I still wanted to train regularly, warm and at the time I wanted, I turned to “Personalised Programming“.

By the way, there are a lot of different offers such as: “Home Training”, the “Training Package” and so on….

If you are interested, I put the link here.

No need to think to create my session, the trainings are sent directly to my home via an application.

No need either to have a gym (as I’m lucky enough to have).

A few dumbbells, a rubber band, a mat and a chair (or stairs) do the trick.

I receive my workouts on Sundays, which is very convenient because I can organize my workouts for the week as I wish.

The sessions are very well explained, everything is very clear, neat and precise (just the way I like it).

For any doubt about the execution of the movements an explanatory video is systematically sent.

If a doubt still persists, I film myself and send the video to my coach for validation.

The application is very easy to use and encourages regular exchanges with the coach.

Honestly, I have really found the right way to do sports at home.

It’s motivating and, above all, I know what I have to do.

I don’t need to think.

I do everything I have to do very early in the morning (breakfast, cab, etc…) and then I go straight to work without thinking.

Honestly, if you want to try a distance coaching, this is the one I recommend.

On that note, I wish you a very good weekend and I’ll see you soon.

Sportively,

Valérie Escandon
