Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 soy yoghurt
- 1/2 lemon
- 3-4 cucumber slices
- 2-3 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 pinch of pink Himalayan salt
- Pepper
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1/3 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 pinch of chia seeds
- 1 pinch of gomasio
Preparation:
- Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit.
- Squeeze 1/2 lemon over the avocado.
- Dice the slices of smoked salmon and cucumber.
- In a bowl, combine the yogurt, salmon, cucumber and spices.
- Add the stuffing to the avocado hollows.
- Sprinkle the mixture with the chia seeds and gomasio.
- Serve and finally TASTE!
