Have you ever thought about CrossFit for kids ?

Initiating your child to a physical activity from an early age, allows him not only to take a taste of the sport, but also to develop his mind.

This complete sport solicits all the muscles. It will also give the possibility to your child to make new friends and to increase his self-confidence.

What is CrossFit for kids?

To begin with, CrossFit for children differs from the activities proposed for adults. The purpose here is to combine both exercise and fun. The complexity of the WODs (training) differs, but the basic idea is really to introduce them to sport in a fun way.

CrossFit for kids allows them to push their own limits, in order to achieve the goals fixed by the coach. The technical side of the exercises is not put aside. The movements should be well executed, however the difficulties will be adapted to the age of the child and its motor development.

In case of difficulty, we will be there to show him alternatives and make him progress at his own pace.

A reinforced physical education

Even if your kind will have fun and enjoy his time, he certainly will not be distracted from the training and CrossFit technique. Indeed, the movements must be well executed. Your child will have the opportunity to better understand and coordinate his movements.

CrossFit for kids include classic exercises such as stretching, running over a given distance and all body weight movements.

Your child will also learn some techniques that may be useful to him in daily life. We can teach him how to pick up something on the ground or even in height without getting hurt

In CrossFit rooms, your kid will get the chance to practice with balloons, small weights, PVC pipes for stretching and foam rollers.

What are the advantages of CrossFit?

Self-confidence

By noticing the attitude of the children who practice CrossFit, coaches are agree on it : this sport brings a big behavioral change. If at first, children are quite intimidated, after a few sessions, their self-confidence will pump up and will have a better self-esteem.

Better insurance, a smile on his/her face, a head up. Your kid will move forward, go beyond his/her limits and see the work he/she have done will strengthen his/her mind.

Better discipline

In a group, the levels can be distinct and the abilities of each child, various. In this case, the coach adapts the training to each child. So, as a parent you don’t have to worry about muscle or ligament injuries.

Be aware, that the communicated instructions are clear and precise, the coach will make sure that instructions are respected during the exercises, and before beginning a suitable warm-up is realized. Regarding the growth of your child, do not worry about that either.

By focusing on a physical activity like CrossFit, you will not only instil in your children a certain discipline, but also a firm structure. He will learn to progress while highlighting his team spirit.

Basically, CrossFit coach inspires respect. This respect is mutual, the child follows the instructions and feels boosted by the encouragement of his master.

This imposes a certain mutual respect and esteem. Obviously, respecting others will be reflected in your child daily life outside of training.

Physical and psycological relaxation

The benefits of any physical activity on our body and mind had been proven. Through intense and rich activities, CrossFit is no exception. It will allow your child to let off steam and allow him to better manage his emotions, to better anticipate all the changes that are happening in his life 


In addition, school results are revised upward. According to scientific studies, physical exercise has a considerable impact on the student’s concentration and education.

Note that CrossFit also promotes the improvement of fitness and performance of the student. After only a few sessions, you and your kid will notice great progress. CrossFit only has advantages.
