Ingredients:
- 2 medium slices of wholemeal spelt bread
- 1/2 avocado
- The juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 pinch of pink Himalayan salt
- 2-3 turns of pepper mill
- 1/3 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper powder
- 1/3 tsp paprika powder
- 1/3 tbsp turmeric
- 1 pinch of chia seeds
Preparation:
- Toast the slices of bread.
- Cut 1/2 avocado into strips.
- In a bowl, add the avocado, lemon juice and spices.
- Mash the avocado with the spices using the back of a fork.
- When the mixture is smooth, spread the bread slices with the guacamole.
- Sprinkle the toast with the chia seeds.
- Serve and finally ENJOY!
