Ingredients
- 100 g. mashed almonds
- 100 g. sweet potato flour (http://www.nexmove.ch/)
- 1 cc of vanilla
- 40 g of dark chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup, honey or coconut syrup
- 2 eggs
- 5 cl of almond milk
- 1 half cc of baking soda
- 60 g of chocolate whey
Recipe
- Preheat the oven to 170 °.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. The dough should come off the bowl and form a ball (almond puree helps with this).
- Form regular sized balls.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, arrange the balls and lightly press them with the palm of your hand. Be careful, do not over press, cookies should be rather bulging.
- Cook 13 mins
- Let cool.
