Healthy Popcorn
Ingredients:
- 50 gr of pop -corn. (quantity for two person)
- 2 teaspoons of coconut oil
Preparation 2 mins – cooking 3 mins :
- Heat 1cc of coconut oil in a large saucepan.
- Add 50g of popcorn and cover immediately
- Then let cook over medium heat, shaking the pan from time to time until the pop stage.
- Cook by ear: your corn will be ready when it pops every few seconds. Add to a large bowl and add salt.
- For great flavor and texture, eat it immediately after cooking. Keep it warm by covering the pot with a thick towel.
