Ingredients (for 2 people) :
- 125 g rice for desserts
- 500 ml sheep’s milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 1 vanilla pod
Preparation (30 mins) :
- 1. Add 125 g of rice ( risotto or dessert rice) and 500 ml milk in the pot.
2. Add a pinch of salt, a stick of cinnamon and a vanilla pod
3. Bring everything to the boil while stirring.
4. Cover and cook at moderate heat for approx 25 mins.
5. Stir often in between
6. Enjoy, you cann add, apple pupl, or fresh fruits, or some peanut butter !
7. Serve and finally TASTE!
