- 1 half cup of almond milk
- 3 tablespoons of coconut milk
- 20g of spelled flakes
- 20g of oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon of chia seed
- 30 g of vanilla whey
- 1 banana
Recipe
In a bowl, add the coconut milk and almond
Add the oatmeal, spelled and chia seeds and mix well.
Put the bowl in the fridge
Flakes and chia seeds will absorb the liquid
The next day, add vegetable milk as needed to obtain the consistency you want and the whey and mix
To finish a few pieces of bananas on top and enjoy
