Christmas Cookies

Ingredients for 10 cookies :

  • 150 g wholemeal flour
  • 50 g coconut sugar
  • 100 g almond powder
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 150 g melted butter
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. Mix the melted butter and the sugars with a wooden spoon in a container.
  2. Add egg yolks, almond powder, mix again.
  3. Add the vanilla bean and the flour and mix everything together.
  4. Make a ball of dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 170°.
  6. Roll out the dough on a buttered or parchment-lined baking sheet to about 5 millimeters thick (no more). Then cut out your cookies with a cookie cutter in the Christmas theme.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!
