Ingredients for 10 cookies :
- 150 g wholemeal flour
- 50 g coconut sugar
- 100 g almond powder
- 2 egg yolks
- 150 g melted butter
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Preparation:
- Mix the melted butter and the sugars with a wooden spoon in a container.
- Add egg yolks, almond powder, mix again.
- Add the vanilla bean and the flour and mix everything together.
- Make a ball of dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 170°.
- Roll out the dough on a buttered or parchment-lined baking sheet to about 5 millimeters thick (no more). Then cut out your cookies with a cookie cutter in the Christmas theme.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
