- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup apple juice or water
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Preparation:
- Blend kiwis, banana, spinach, cucumber, yogurt, juice/water, honey, and ice until smooth.
