Ingredients:
- 250 ml vegetable milk
- 1 level tablespoon of low-fat cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp of sweetener: agave syrup, maple syrup, coconut flower sugar
- 1 level tablespoon of almond puree
- 1 tbsp liquid vanilla flavouring
- A knife tip of powdered cinnamon
- A knife tip of cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons of hot water
Preparation:
- In a saucepan, place the milk to be heated.
- Add all other ingredients.
- When the milk starts to simmer, remove it from the heat.
- Whisk the mixture so that it foams on the surface.
- Serve the mixture in a large cup.
- Sprinkle the top foam with lean cocoa powder mixed with a little cinnamon, cardamom and coconut flower sugar.
