Ingredients
For 2 pancakes
- 1 tablespoon of Sere-lean
- 1 banana
- 40g of oatmeal (blender in a blender flakes)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- Almond milk 1/2 cup
- Coconut oil
- 15 g butter
- Cinnamon
Recipe
Heat a small frying pan over medium heat with a bottom of coconut oil (spread with household
paper).
In a blender, place all the ingredients and mix.
Use a spatula to turn the pancake.
Once ready, brush the pancake with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
