Chocolate Banana Muffin

Ingredients for 24 small muffins:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream
  • 25 g  coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple sirup
  • 15 g coconut flakes
  • 45 g wholegrain flour
  • 25 g oats
  • 1 pinch of baking soda
  • 100g chocolate chips

Preparation:

  1. Put in the food processor, the banana, egg, coconut cream and oil, peanut butter,  maple syrup and mix.
  2. Put in a separate bowl all the dry ingredients and then mix it with the liquid until you get a smooth dough
  3. Back in the oven for 18 mins at 170°
  4. Enjoy
