Ingredients for 24 small muffins:
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp coconut cream
- 25 g coconut oil
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp maple sirup
- 15 g coconut flakes
- 45 g wholegrain flour
- 25 g oats
- 1 pinch of baking soda
- 100g chocolate chips
Preparation:
- Put in the food processor, the banana, egg, coconut cream and oil, peanut butter, maple syrup and mix.
- Put in a separate bowl all the dry ingredients and then mix it with the liquid until you get a smooth dough
- Back in the oven for 18 mins at 170°
